Clickbank is the payment processor we use and your billing account lies with them. They provide a very easy way to update your customer information:

  • Go to Clickbank (https://www.clkbank.com/clkbank.htm) and enter your ClickBank receipt number and account email address in the form provided. You will then be taken to a screen that lists your current customer information (such as email and name).
  • From here, you can edit your email or credit card information accordingly.
  • If you need any help with updating your email or credit card information, Clickbank has a customer service team available to answer any questions you have. They are available via online chat, also accessible on their site.

Please note that if you paid via PayPal, and you wish to change the credit card you use with PayPal, you will have to access your PayPal account and change it there.
