Unfortunately because we don't have access to your Credit Card details, our support team can't move you from one plan to another. (ClickBank, our payment processor, stores all your secure information).


However you can easily cancel your current plan and then purchase another. If you use the same email address, you will retain the same email login and password, and the same course progress.


The scenario may look like this:

  • You started with the $1 Trial for 3 Days, which has rolled into a monthly subscription. But you may wish to buy a longer term plan which works out cheaper
  • So you would login to the members area, then navigate to the My Account page where you can Cancel your current subscription by clicking the CANCEL button (NOTE: try do this¬†just before your next monthly subscription payment is due)
  • Then you purchase a cheaper 6 Month subscription by going to this page: https://members.theonlinedogtrainer.com
