There are two ways to Cancel Your Subscription...
1. Cancel (with One Click) from Within The Members Area
We've made it super easy to cancel your subscription and we recommend this method...
- Login to the site here: https://members.theonlinedogtrainer.com/login
- Go to Resources > My Account
- On the My Account page you will see your subscription details and a blue CANCEL button
- Click that and your subscription will end, and you'll no longer be billed (see screenshot below)
Note that you will still have access to the site for the duration of your last payment.
2. Cancel from Within ClickBank (our Payment Processor)
The following instructions apply only if you purchased your subscription through ClickBank (you would have received a receipt from them).
If you did not pay through ClickBank, please use the method above to Cancel.
Alternatively send an email to email@example.com with "Cancel" in the subject line and we will login and do it for you.
By following these steps, you can cancel your Membership subscription yourself (through ClickBank).
- Click on this link: https://www.clkbank.com/#!/
- Fill in your details.
- Click through, check you information, then click on the Get Support icon.
- Where it says -- Select a reason -- choose 'I would like to cancel my subscription'.
- Choose a reason for cancellation: - "I am unable to afford continuing payments for this subscription".
- IMPORTANT: You must write and explain why you wish to cancel.
- Click the Send button.
Please allow 2 business days for your ticket to be processed.
You may cancel at any time.
Follow these steps:
Send your message to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include all your info (order no, email, name, zip) and you should get a confirmation of the cancellation within two days.
Call ClickBank on +1 208 472-9500 and be sure to have your invoice details handy.
