How long does a refund take?
Once we have processed your refund, it usually appears within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. Weekends and bank holidays are not included in business days.
How will the refund appear?
The refund may appear as:
A separate credit on your statement
A reversal of the original charge
If it appears as a reversal, you may not see a separate refund transaction. Instead, the original charge may disappear or be adjusted.
What if I still can’t see my refund?
If more than 10 business days have passed since you received your refund confirmation, please check with your bank or payment provider first.
