The 30-day period begins on the purchase date shown on your order confirmation.

This guarantee applies to digital training purchases. Physical products follow a separate returns policy.

How do I request a refund?

Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and provide:

• Your full name

• The email address used for the purchase

• Your order number, if available

• The course or membership you are contacting us about

What happens after a refund is approved?

An approved refund is returned to the original payment method. Access to the refunded course or membership will be removed. Any purchases that were not included in the refund will remain available under their original access terms.

If the refunded purchase has future payments connected to it, our support team will confirm whether those payments have also been cancelled.

Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider. They may appear as a separate credit or as a reversal of the original charge.

What if more than 30 days have passed?

Requests received after the 30-day period fall outside the Money Back Guarantee. Our support team will review the purchase details and explain the outcome of the request.
